7:30pm

Application 2019-02-Bulk Hardship Variance- Vannozzi- Block 608 Lot 16-
480 Wrightstown-Sykesville Road
Board Attorney Gregory McGuckin swore is applicant Mary Vannozzi and her
nephew Vinny Gargano. Ms. Vannozzi testified that she is requesting
variance relief for a pre-existing deck she thought was approved by the
building department of North Hanover Township in 1993. Although a permit
search did not show any permits for the deck. Ms. Vannozzi stated she is
now putting a roof over the deck that will hang over an additional 15
inches. She is unable to make the side yard setback of 30 feet.
Ms.Vannozzi is requesting a proposed setback of 25 feet. Board Engineer
is does not believe the enrichment will cause any issues with
neighboring property as it is only a gravel drive to a farm that sits
back behind the houses. Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to public
discussion, being no public in attendance to comment, Greg Grauer made a
motion to close public comment. The motion was seconded by Joe Greene.
Seeing no board discussion Jim Durr made a motion to approve the Bulk
Variance, Motion was seconded by Greg Grauer.

Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to public comment. Being no public
in attendance to comment, Greg Grauer made a motion to close public
comment. Motion was seconded by Joe Greene. All in favor.
