CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Tom Kimball called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

STATEMENT – PROVISIONS OF THE OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT
“The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met.
Notice of this meeting has been transmitted to the Burlington
County Times and the Courier Post, given to those having requested and
paying for the same and posted on the bulletin board in the foyer of the
Municipal Building “
ROLL CALL FOR ATTENDANCE
Also absent were Board Secretary Alexandra DeGood and Board Engineer Joe
Hirsh of Environmental Resolutions. Meeting was covered by Mary
Picariello.
APPLICATION 2018-05-GREENE- MINOR SUBDIVISION AND VARIANCES- BLOCK 500
LOT 18.02 & 18.03- CHESTERFIELD- JACOBSTOWN ROAD
Chairman Tomball stated that the applicant, the applicants engineer as
well as the board engineer were not present at the meeting. Board
Attorney Gregory McGuckin, stated he spoke with the applicants engineer.
The applicants engineer requested the board take jurisdiction of the
application and be continued to the next meeting on February 27, 2019.
Board Attorney Gregory McGuckin agreed this would be a good idea. He
stated if continued no other notice would need to be given by applicant.
The board agreed this should be carried to the February 27, 2019
meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to public comment. Being no
public in attendance. Greg Grauer made a motion to close public comment.
Motion was seconded by Ron DeBaecke, all in favor
BOARD DISCUSSION
Chairman Tom Kimball opened to board discussion. Chairman Tom
Kimball stated that he would like to discuss with Board Engineer Joe
Hirsh if there is an alternate he can send in case of this type of
situation. Being no further board discussion. Greg Grauer made a motion
to close board discussion, motion was seconded by Ron DeBaecke, all in
favor.
