Call to Order

Chairman Tom Kimball called the July 22, 2020 meeting to order at 7:30pm.

Statement – Provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act

“The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met.  Notice of this meeting has been transmitted to the Burlington County Times and the Courier Post, given to those having requested and paying for the same and posted on the bulletin board in the foyer of the Municipal Building “

 

Roll Call For Attendance

In Attendance:  Russ Comisky, Jim Durr, Ron DeBaecke, Joe Greene, Brendan O’Donnell, Patricia Mellor, Jack Smylie, Greg Grauer, Tom Kimball

Absent: Debbie Kucowski

 

Resignation of David Forsyth

Chairman Tom Kimball stated the Board has received a letter of resignation for Dave Forsyth. Ron DeBaecke stated Dave will be filling the unexpired term of the late Lou DeLorenzo on the Township Committee.

 

Minutes for Approval

-          June 24, 2020

Tom Kimball made a motion to approve the June 24, 2020 Minutes. Motion was seconded by Greg Grauer. All in Favor

 

Memorialization of Resolution 2020-11- - South’s MHC LLC- Denial of Use Variance- Block 905 Lot 8- 29 Mary Street

Greg Grauer made a motion to memorialize Resolution 2020-11. Motion was seconded by Joe Greene. Ron DeBaecke and Brendan O’Donnell Abstained, all others in favor.

 

Public Comment

Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to public comment. Being no public to comment, Greg Grauer made a motion to close public comment. Joe Greene seconded the motion. All in Favor

 

Board Discussion

Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to board discussion. Tom Kimball and Ron DeBaecke spoke of the loss of Committeeman DeLorenzo. The board all agreed he will be missed greatly and praised his many years of service.

Adjournment-7:42pm

 Ron DeBaecke made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Greg Grauer seconded the motion. All in favor.
