“The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met. Notice of this meeting has been transmitted to the Burlington County Times and the Courier Post, given to those having requested and paying for the same and posted on the bulletin board in the foyer of the Municipal Building “

Minutes for Approval

· August 26, 2020

Ron DeBaecke made a motion to approve the August 26, 2020 Meeting Minutes. Joe Greene seconded the motion. All in favor.

Memorialization of Resolution 2020-13- Approving 1 year extension of Mellor-Owens Resolution 2020-06

Jim Durr made a motion to memorialize Resolution 2020-13. Motion was seconded by Brendan O’Donnell. Ron DeBaecke and Patricia Mellor abstained from the vote. All others in attendance in favor.

Memorialization of Resolution 2020-14- Approving Variance and Minor Subdivision Application- Estate of Marguerite Southard-158 and 162 Monmouth Road; Block 400 Lot 57.01 & 57.02

Jim Durr made a motion to memorialize Resolution 2020-14. Motion was seconded by Joe Greene. Brendan O’Donnell and Ron DeBaecke abstained from the vote. All others in attendance in favor.

Public Comment

Vice Chariman Greg Grauer opened the floor to public comment. Being no public in attendance to comment Ron DeBaecke made a motion to close public comment. Jack Smylie seconded the motion. All in favor

Vice Chairman Greg Grauer opened the floor to board discussion. Being no Board discussion Brendan O’Donnell made a motion to close board discussion. Motion was seconded by Ron DeBaecke. All in Favor
