Call to Order: Chairman Tom Kimball opened the meeting at 7:30pm.

Statement – Provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act

“The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met.  Notice of this meeting has been transmitted to the Burlington County Times and the Courier Post, given to those having requested and paying for the same and posted on the bulletin board in the foyer of the Municipal Building “

Minutes for Approval

-         March 24, 2021

Greg Grauer made a motion to approve March 24, 2021 minutes. Tom Kimball seconded. Jack Smylie abstained. All others in favor.

Memorialization of Resolution 2021-08 Approving 1 year extension for Application 2021-03 Greene Extension Request for Subdivision Filling- (Resolution 2019-06 & 2020-08)

Greg Grauer made a motion to Memorialize Resolution 2021-08. Motion was seconded by Tom Kimball. All in favor.

Public Comment

Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to public comment. With no public in attendance Greg Grauer made a motion to close Public Comment. Tom Kimball seconded the motion. All in favor.

Board Discussion

Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to public comment. Wayne Voorhees asked if there is anything they can do about the Marijuana Ordinances in North Hanover. The Board Discussed that the Township Committee would draft and ordinance. Once the ordinance is drafted the Joint Land Use Board would get the opportunity to review. Greg Grauer made a motion to close public comment. Motion was seconded by Tom Kimball. All in Favor
