Call to Order-
Chairman Tom Kimball called the March 24, 2021 Joint Land Use Board
Meeting to order at 7:00pm

Statement – Provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act
“The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met.
Notice of this meeting has been transmitted to the Burlington
County Times and the Courier Post, given to those having requested and
paying for the same and posted on the bulletin board in the foyer of the
Municipal Building “
Roll Call For Attendance
In Attendance: Jim Durr, Ron DeBaecke, Greg Grauer, Joe Greene, Tom
Kimball, Debbie Kucowski,

Absent: Russ Comisky, Brendan O’Donnell, Jack Smylie, Patricia Mellor

Minutes for Approval

February 24, 2021
Ron DeBaecke made a motion to approve the February 24, 2021 meeting
minutes. Motion was seconded by Greg Grauer. All in favor, Tom Kimball
Abstain
Memorialization of Resolution 2021-06- Marguerite Southard Extension to
Minor Subdivision Approval ( Resolution 2020- 14)-Estate of Marguerite
Southard-Block 800, lot 57.01 & 57.02
Jim Durr made a motion to memorialize Resolution 2021-06. Motion was
seconded by Joe Greene. Ron DeBaecke and Tom Kimball abstained, all
others in favor.
Memorialization of Resolution 2021-07- Saamir A-Ali- Minor Site Plan
Application- 15 Georgetown Road- Block 609 Lot 3
Ron DeBaecke made a motion to memorialize Resolution 2021-07. Motion
seconded by Greg Grauer. Tom Kimball abstained, all others in favor.
Application 2021-03 Greene Extension Request for Subdivision Filling-
(Resolution 2019-06 & 2020-08)
Mr. Joseph Greene was sworn in by Gregory McGuckin. Mr. Greene stated
that the county has held up him finishing up his subdivision. After
discussion with the board, Mr. Greene asked for a 1 year extension on
his approval.
Tom Kimball opened the floor to public comment. Being no public comment
Ron DeBaecke made a motion to close public comment. Motion was seconded
by Greg Grauer. All in Favor.
Ron DeBaecke made a motion to approve the 1 year extension. Motion was
seconded by Tom Kimball.
Roll Call: Jim Durr-YES; Ron DeBaecke-YES; Joe Greene Abstain; Tom
Kimball-YES; Debbie Kucowski-YES; Wayne Voorhee-YES
Public Comment
Chairman Tom Kimball opened the floor to public comment. Being not
public comment Greg Grauer made a motion to close public comment. Tom
Kimball seconded. All in favor.
Board Discussion
Board Member Wayne Voorhees discussed to pending Marijuana Laws and
asked how the Township will be handling these decisions. Ron DeBaecke
stated this is something the Township Committee is in the process of
discussing. It was stated that as a zoning ordinance it would come to
the Joint Land Use Board for review. Being no further board discussion,
Greg Grauer made a motion to close board discussion. Motion was seconded
by Tom Kimball. All in Favor.

Greg Grauer made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Ron
DeBaecke. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:16pm.
