CALL TO ORDER: Vice Chairman Grauer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
FLAG SALUTE: Vice Chairman Grauer lead the flag salute.
SUNSHINE STATEMENT: “The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met. Notice of this meeting has been transmitted by email to the Courier Times, Burlington County Times and The Trenton Times as well as given to those having requested same and posted on the Township bulletin board located in the foyer of the municipal building”.

MEMORIALIZATION
Memorializing Master Plan Consistency Review Determination of Township Ordinance 2024-09 as amended.
Board Member DeBaecke explains that the amendment was already discussed at the previous meeting but submission of the revisions was submitted after the deadline so it must be amended.

MASTER PLAN CONSISTENCY REVIEW:
Master Plan Consistency Review of Township Ordinance 2024-11; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 15, Land Subdivision & Site Plan Review, of the Code of the Township of North Hanover, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey.
The Board briefly discussed the ordinance but came to the consensus that they are obligated to move forward with the States mandates.

BOARD DISCUSSION:
Board Member DeBaecke reminded residents of putting out blue buckets for recycling. And he also spoke briefly about Affordable Housing stating that the town will have to figure out a solution since we are at the max ratio but will speak more on it at a later date since the full board couldn’t make it.
