CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Kimball called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
FLAG SALUTE: Chairman Kimball lead the flag salute.
SUNSHINE STATEMENT: “The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met. Notice of this meeting has been transmitted by email to the Courier Times, Burlington County Times and The Trenton Times as well as given to those having requested same and posted on the Township bulletin board located in the foyer of the municipal building”.

MEMORIALIZATION
Master Plan Consistency Review of Township Ordinance 2024-11; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 15, Land Subdivision & Site Plan Review, of the Code of the Township of North Hanover, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey.

BOARD DISCUSSION:
Board Member DeBaecke informed the other board members of the changes coming to Affordable Housing. He noted he’s not completely familiar yet with it all but is set to discuss technicalities the following day with the Township Professional’s. The board will discuss further after the professionals have met. Mr. Raymond, the township solicitor informed the board that DCA has a deadline at the end of October 2024 to release the figures to use for calculation and then townships will have until January 2025 to adopt a resolution or to ask the state for a lower number with provided reason.
