RESOLUTION APPROVING MOBILE HOME LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS
, pursuant to Chapter 4-040 of the Revised General Ordinance of theTownship, the Township Committee has the authority to either issue a mobile home license or
issue the license on conditions or deny the license; and
WHEREAS
, the Mobile Home Inspector has checked the applications and ascertainedthat the requirements of Chapter 4-040 have been met;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
, by the Township Committee of theTownship of North Hanover, County of Burlington, that in accordance with Chapter 4-040 and
based upon the Mobile Home Inspector’s certification, the governing body authorizes the
following Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Homes Outside Mobile Home Parks to be issued a
Mobile Home License Renewal for the year 2018:

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE HIRING OF
TEMPORARY CLERICAL HELP FOR RABIES CLINIC
WHEREAS,
there is a need for temporary office help in the Municipal Clerk’s Office toassist with the 2018 Annual Free Rabies Clinic; and
WHEREAS,
the Mayor and Township Committee desire to hire up to three (3) personsto work temporarily to track said data entry, to assist the veterinarian and to issue dog licenses
during the duration of the clinic.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
by the Township Committee of theTownship of North Hanover the following:
1) That up to three (3) persons be hired to work temporarily in the Municipal
Clerk’s Office for a period not to exceed 2 hours on Saturday, January 13, 2018
from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
2) That the salary for said persons will be as follows:

Mary Picariello, Dog Registrar, $100 flat.•
Alexandra DeGood, Clerical Help $100 flat.•

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
BURLINGTON COUNTY MUNICIPAL PARK DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
2016 GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS
, the North Hanover Township Committee of the Township of NorthHanover, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey made application to Burlington County for
grant funding under the Burlington County Municipal Park Development Program; and
WHEREAS
, Burlington County reviewed the application and found the application to bein conformance with the scope and intent of the Program in whole or in part and has approved
the award of a grant to North Hanover Township in the amount of $200,000.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
, that the Township Committee of the NorthHanover Township, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, hereby authorized that the
Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the attached grant agreement on
behalf of North Hanover Township.

Deputy Mayor DeBaecke noted he would like to revisit the plans at a later date.
DISCUSSION

2018 Reorganization meetingThere was a general consensus to hold the meeting January 4
th at 7 pm.•
E-Tickets/Credit Cards Municipal CourtThere was a general consensus to postpone this discussion to a future meeting date.
•
MBIAA Fee IncreaseCommitteeman Kocubinski reviewed the fees for North Hanover’s participation versus the
fees being charged. He also discussed the “insurance” fees. Deputy Mayor DeBaecke
expressed concerns over a fee increase and asked various questions. He would like to see
factual data. There was a general consensus to relist for discussion when the Recreation
Advisory Committee Chair could be present to address the concerns.
TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE “COMMENTS”
Committeeman Kocubinski noted the recent recreation meeting and thanked all the volunteers.
He stated he attended the Jersey Fresh event on November 16
th. He also stated there would be ameeting on the Northern Burlington School referendum.
Deputy Mayor DeBaecke noted his attendance at the meeting held by the Air Force as it relates
to the KC46A.
Mayor DeLorenzo thanked everyone for their participation during the Tree Lighting.
Committeeman Doyle apologized for his tardiness. He noted his child was inducted into the
honor society this evening.

AUTHORIZING A CLOSED SESSION MEETING
WHEREAS
, the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975, Chapter 231 and P.L. 2001, C.404, permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS
, the Township Committee of North Hanover Township wishes to go into aclosed Executive Session and is of the opinion that such circumstances presently exist which
should not be discussed in public, and

WHEREAS
. the Open Public Meetings Act pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 and N.J.S.A.10:4-12 permits the Township Committee to discuss certain matter(s) in private, and in this case
for the purpose of the Township Committee to discuss contract negotiations, litigation and
personnel matters in this regard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
by Township Committee of North HanoverTownship that it will go into an Executive Session for the purpose of the Township Committee to
discuss Potential Litigation 2015 Road Improvement Program Contract One, Provinceline Road
Contract Matter, FOP Lodge 114 Contract Negotiations, Municipal Court Interlocal Contract
Matter, Contract Matters, Litigation and Personnel matters.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
that the results of such discussion may be revealed atsuch time as the matter(s) are resolved and/or a contract(s) is signed and/or the negotiations are
formally settled. Interested parties may contact the Township Clerk anytime during normal
business hours for periodic updates as to the availability in this regard.
