Township Clerk called
meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

SUNSHINE STATEMENT:
“The provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act have been met.
Notice of this meeting has been transmitted by email to the Courier
Times, Burlington County Times and The Trenton Times as well as given to
those having requested
same and posted on the Township bulletin board located in the
foyer of the municipal building”.
OATH OF OFFICE FOR TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE MEMBERS ELECT:
Township Clerk called for Committeeman Elect David Forsyth to be sworn
into office. Mr. Mark
Roselli, Esquire administered the Oath of Office.

Clerk Picariello noted that due to COVID the in-coming members of the
JVFC would be sworn in at a private ceremony at a later date with
Committeeman O’Donnell.
Clerk Picariello read the officers names into the record.
TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE
COMMENT
Committeeman Kocubinski reflected on previous years and thanked Deputy
Mayor DeBaecke for his work as Mayor.
He welcomed Committeeman Forsyth.
The thanked all the staff for their hard work and noted we had a
good group.
Committeeman O’Donnell noted the Committee functions well together and
thanked Deputy Mayor DeBaecke.
He wished Mayor Doyle well in his new role.
He also welcomed Committeeman Forsyth and looked forward to
working with everyone.
Committeeman Forsyth thanked everyone for their well wishes and noted it
is a privilege to serve the residents of North Hanover.
He expressed appreciation for the employees.
Deputy Mayor DeBaecke noted that although the Committee does not agree
on every issue, it is a pleasure working with the current Committee and
is proud they all work for the good of the Town.
He wished Mayor Doyle well in his new role and noted he was
strong leader. He wished
everyone a safe and healthy New Year.
Mayor Doyle noted he was honored to serve as Mayor and would do so with
honor and dignity. He noted
he was disheartened by the recent events at the Capital and offered
prayers for a better Country.
He offered appreciation for his faith and fellow Committeemen.
He noted he was proud to work with the Township Committee who he
feels works so well together in Bi-Partisan fashion to accomplish the
business of the Township.
He offered a special thank you to the departed Committeeman DeLorenzo,
for his knowledge and guidance.
He noted that Committeeman DeLorenzo would not be forgotten.
He offered appreciation for all the Township staff for their hard
work. He noted that during
the Pandemic they continued to work with the utmost professionalism even
though the health risks were there.
He was grateful for their service.
He thanked William Quackenboss for swearing him in today and
noted it was his honor. He
thanked is his children and wife for their support.
He noted is wife has been his rock and biggest supporter and he
was grateful for her. He
noted the past could not be changed but we could all help shape the
future.
