JACOBSTOWN VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
Mayor Doyle
asked the JVFC members present to come forward to be sworn in. Attorney Roselli swore in various
members. Everyone extended a round of
applause. Mayor Doyle thanked the
members and wished them well.
TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE COMMENT
Committeeman Kocubinski wished everyone a Happy and
Healthy New Year. He is hopeful the
events of the last two years will evaporate.
He expressed appreciation for the Committee and Staff for their hard
work.
Committeeman O’Donnell noted he was glad to be back
and enjoys working well with the current Township Committee. He noted a lot of big problems were tackled
together. He stated he was looking
forward to this year.
Committeeman DeBaecke congratulated Committeeman
O’Donnell and Committeeman Kocubinski.
He noted he was pleased how well the Committee works together and wished
the Mayor and Deputy Mayor well in their positions.
Deputy Mayor Forsyth thanked the residents for the
opportunity to serve them. He thanked
the Township Committee for their confidence in electing him Deputy Mayor. He stated he has lived and worked in North
Hanover Township for over 40 years, raising his family here and only wants the
best for the future of this Community and it’s residents. He wants his children to grow up in this safe
and rural community and looks forward to its future. He will work to keep the roots strong and
expressed appreciation to his wife and children for their support.
Mayor Doyle offered congratulations to Committeeman
O’Donnell and Committeeman Kocubinski on their re-election. He noted the Committee as a whole works very
well together and he is proud to be part of this team. He noted the past two years have not been
healthy or normal. He stated it has
affected every aspect of life. He hopes
for a return to normalcy. He believes
that cooperation, consistency and communication are key factors to a thriving
environment. He noted during these times
he is proud that the Committee, Municipality and Community have worked together
to keep North Hanover strong. He thanked
everyone for all that they do and noted everyone brings solutions to the
table. He thanked his wife and family
for their support. He noted he looks
forward to everyone having a happy and prosperous New Year.
